We welcome you to become involved in the work of the San Juan Democratic Party as we point to the important elections of 2008. We have a great state slate of candidates to work for in Senator Jeff Bingaman, Congressman Tom Udall, and Governor Bill Richardson and Lieutenant-Governor Diane Denish, as well as all of the other state and local candidates that are preparing to do their part for our democratic traditions. We, too, are preparing for the hard work ahead and we encourage each of you to commit some time and energy to these efforts.

Communications

We are working to develop a more powerful method of communication with voters. To that end we encourage the following:

• Volunteer to work at the office, make telephone calls, help with events, etc.

• Join our Yahoo group and discuss local issues with other group members: sjcdemocrats
• Call, write, or e-mail your party officers with ideas, concerns and even praise.
